Submitting a request for a notary

After setting up your profile, you be able to request a notary any time of day and in any location. Each time you open your app up, you will immediately see the Request Notary screen where you will the click on and be able to easily enter your specified request such as time, date, location, selected services, number of documents and number of signatures to be notarized. This is our beta version and we are in the process of scaling so while we welcome your feedback, we also ask you to be patient with us.

Pending

Under Pending, you will find all your pending request submitted for notary jobs you have sent out. These will show pending until a notary is found the designated location you requested a notary. A notary provider nearest you will have 2 minutes to accept or decline your request before the app then searches for the next nearest notary.

Upcoming Bid Request Status

This section of the report is where you can see all of the current bids you submitted that are pending or have been accepted. You can click to verify the time, fee, and location.

History

The History just shows you the details of all past jobs including the notary you worked with. You can go back and verify a job that was completed, fee showing paid, location the job was completed in or any other details you need to review. We will also be enhancing this feature in future builds.

My Profile

In your profile you can put your email, phone number, address, and photos. You will find the profile button with the little person on the bottom right of the app report page on the bottom right. You will also see your ratings listed as you use the app to transact business with notaries on the platform. There will be additional features to enhance the customer experience in the near future.

Rating Your Notary

After you have been serviced by a Notary, you will have the opportunity to to be rated as well as rate your Notary and leave a positive comment based on the level of service they provided and how they we re able to help you. This is part of our transparency in wanting all of our customers to be confident in the service provider and the level of service they can expect using the MobiNp App platform.

Updating Payment Information

At this time, you will be able to add multiple forms of payment under your profile such as a credit or debit card. In our next build we will have an enhanced feature where you will be able to add, delete, and provide various other forms of payments in order to make it easier for you to integrate your preferred method of payment.
