About MobiNP
MobiNP is a Dual market app created to serve the needs of both Businesses and Notaries. Our purpose is to enhance the Free Enterprise System within the Notary Industry by creating Transparency, Integrity, and Profitability. We do this by allowing service providers to be in control of their business and the income they can make while supporting them through an exchange where they can generate new business when they want and where they want, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
When service providers receive a request for a notary signing in their area, they are given the opportunity to accept or decline the job with no strings attached. They will also set their own fees and they keep 100 percent of the profits minus the service fee for using our platform. Notaries will never be penalized for a simple mistake they make in the course of transacting business. They will however be rated by their clients based on the level of service provided and how well they take care of each of their clients.
Our platform is ever changing and evolving to meet the needs of both customers and notaries alike. As we continue to grow, we will be making more tools, resources, and benefits available to all notaries across the nation.

John Savage, Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer
John Savage, a Mobile Notary, is the Co-Founder and Visionary behind MobiNP. John’s mission is to Defragment the Notary industry through Automation, Uniformity, and Exposure.
John Savage graduated with a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. He was a member of Amnesty International and was a member of Phi Beta Lambda where he served as Parliamentarian. John has been a Notary Public for more than 13 years with much of his experience doing signings for Accident Injury Attorneys, Estate and Probate Attorneys, and Family Law Attorneys throughout Northern California. John is also a Financial Counselor helping employees through their EAP to navigate various financial challenges by guiding them in identifying resources, creating viable solutions, and establishing cost saving strategies to assist them in overcoming financial setbacks. John’s skillsets and experience in overcoming challenging situations has equipped him with the insights to create an amazing User Experience (UX) with MobiNP.
John is married to Leah - his Stanford Cardinal and a lady of great wisdom and prudence. Together they have four beautiful and brilliant children. John says: “I could not have been endowed with a more amazing and supportive business partner, lover, friend, and prayer warrior.”
Wesley Alexander,
Co-Founder/Chief Make It Happen Officer
Wesley leverages a diverse portfolio of experiences and resources from his work with emerging technology ventures, start-ups, Fortune 60 enterprises, and other benchmark organizations to help visionaries bring their vision to life. Wesley is a passionate advocate for leadership, equity, and accountability to ensure that we are the best stewards for the next generation.
Wesley serves as the CEO of CoBiz Richmond, and is a MD barred attorney. He completed a dual JD/MBA from American University, earned a BS in biology from Loyola University Maryland, served his country as a FBI Special Agent, and has successfully managed $500 million in budgets. He loves to help people find their purpose as well as execute to their purpose. #WeMustDoMore
Leah Savage, Chief Advocate/Champion Intercessor
Leah C. Savage is an alumna of Stanford University, with a B.A. in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity. She has been a passionate Educator for the last 10 years, serving as a Student Success Coach for undergraduate students at DeVry University and has most recently served as a Student and Family Champion for Insight Schools of California. Mrs. Savage is also a self-published author, speaker, mother of 4, and devoted wife to CEO John Savage. She is truly the Chief Advocate of her family, committed to seeing each one of them realize their full potential and God-sized dreams.
Miquela Savage, Intern & Creative Videographer
Miquela Savage officially decided to graduate early from high school in 2021. She is working as an intern at MobiNP. Using Social media as a platform to showcase her photography and videography/editing skills, she continues to hone her skill sets within both arenas. With plans to become a Photographer (and an Interior Designer), we are excited to see her creatively capture the journey of MobiNP for our users and the team as we write, publish, and grow.
Her skills range from filming and editing videos for the app to marketing these videos, exercising her writing through pitches and executing her photography skills through thumbnails. Miquela is very excited to be working with the amazing Team MobiNp as Intern and Creative Videographer.
